Being that all of our graphic tees are made to order - ALL sales are final. If you change your mind about your order we need to be contacted within 24 hours for cancellation & refund. If outside of the 24 hour window, you are eligible for store credit only. If you received our product as a gift or the size you purchased is to big or small you can exchange for the correct size.

Note: All items must be in new unused and unwashed condition. You will also be responsible for shipping cost to return to us and to ship it back to you. If the error was on our end, then all shipping cost will be covered by us.

1. Submit your exchange request here you will need your order# & email.

2. Item/s must be mailed back to us.

3. Item/s condition will be verified by our team.

4. Email is sent with decision & next steps. (Allow 3-5 days for processing).

Giveaway winners: Congrats your a winner. We do our best to get your winning items to you within the same turnaround time as all our orders, however due to stock and availability of our items it can take longer. Therefore we ask that giveaway winners allow 1-2 weeks to receive your items.

Shipping

Shop by Rags is not responsible for any lost, damaged, or stolen packages. Our products are not shipped with insurance, however If you wish to add insurance to protect against the above instances, then before placing your order email me at shopbyrags@gmail.com

Please use email subject "Adding Insurance". Once USPS accepts your package we no longer have control on how it's handled, please be sure to contact your local USPS office for information on your package. Your tracking number will be sent to the email address that you used at checkout. Our shipping labels are printed daily in batches, therefore receiving a shipment notification from us does not mean your order has been shipped, but it does mean we are working on your order and that the label has been created. 

Shipping Times: We ship out orders M-F between 5pm-6pm PST 

Shipping Labels: Once a shipping label is created you will automatically receive a shipping notification via email. We ask that you allow 48 business hours for updates on USPS. All orders are shipped from Southern California.

We are not responsible for placing claims on packages that are lost or damaged it is up to the buyer to file a claim with USPS.

Address Changes

We ask that you please make sure your shipping address is correct before completing the checkout process. If the shipping information you provide is not accurate, we ask that you email us at shopbyrags@gmail.com within 45 minutes of your purchase. Please use email subject "Address Change - Name + Order Number".

Payments

We accept major credit cards & Sezzle. If you change your mind about your order we need to be contacted within 24 hours for cancellation. Outside of the 24 hour window we will give you a store credit.

Emails:

Any Email received after 6pm PST Friday thru Sunday will be responded to on our next business day of Monday. We try to do our best to respond to emails within 48 hours and we do respond to emails in the order in which they were received between the hours of 9am - 2pm PST Monday thru Friday. We DO NOT respond to emails on weekends.
